I understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure I can accommodate the needs of all my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation with More Than 48 Hours Notice:
If you cancel your appointment between 12 and 48 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you have the option to:
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact me directly to discuss your situation. I may, at my discretion, make exceptions to this policy.

1. Cancellation with More Than 48 Hours Notice:
- If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
If you cancel your appointment between 12 and 48 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you have the option to:
- Rebook the session at a later date.
- For group sessions, you can opt for a 30-minute one-on-one session in lieu of the group session.
- Cancellations received with less than 12 hours notice are non-refundable. I appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill and may impact the availability of services for other clients.
- Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full amount of the session.
- To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via SMS or email. I will do my best to accommodate your needs within the guidelines of this cancellation policy.
