If you have an old device to be transferred this may incur extra charges. If there are any unforeseen issues with the transfer of information from one device to another this may require longer than the original half hour booked and will be discussed with you prior to proceeding and incurring extra charges.
We take all care, but no responsibility, for any data losses that may be incurred in the transfer of accounts from one device to another. Individual users are responsible for ensuring their data is backed up and accessible prior to accessing our services.
