I have over 20 years’ experience in Video Conferencing services, from back in the early days when video calls used ISDN phone lines and two box televisions.  

Since then I have transitioned to internet (IP) based platforms, such as Zoom, Vidyo Connect, Webex and MS Teams, over the last 10 years. ​

I work with businesses or NGOs to provide advice and support on getting the hardware set up and connected, working across a variety of popular video-conferencing platforms.

Then I focus on the human side of video-conferencing, I work with you to humanise the video conference experience for you and your team.
